I never thought I’d see the day where I really, really fell in love with Namor, but here it is.
Namor: Foes defeated by the mere shade? Namor suspects this will be an unusual journey.
Hope: Sharp. You’re not just a pretty face, are you?
Namor: No. A complete compilation of Namor’s virtues would be a far lengthier list.
Hope: Would it include “great abs”?
Namor: Yes, they would be documented.
Cyclops: Hope, Namor, can it.
I’m not a huge fan of Greg Land (sameface! pornstargrin!), and we all know Uncanny is the X-Book that’s “less fun” right now (I mean come on. One is a school full of absurd mutant kids, the other is a military unit run by Cyke…). But Gillen is rocking it, as far as I’m concerned.
Also, I love Namor.
