I like Billy’s costume so much I couldn’t figure out another version of it for an MCU setting. Instead I decided to break it down to something really simple. So, consider this pre-mighty morphin’ time. Same colors, but the full suit comes later.

Also I’ve decided magic is caustic and the perpetually torn cape thing isn’t an accident.
